NEW CLIENTS

To secure a booking at Studio Lioness we require a minimum $100 deposit (this deposit may increase if you require a colour correction or a double appointment) the deposit will be deducted from your total service cost after your appointment. If your appointment is cancelled 24 hours or less before your booking the deposit is non refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we request that you be courteous and respectful and contact us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment.  To best utilise appointment times for all clients we need at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.  Failure to give adequate notice when cancelling or rescheduling will result in a charge of 25% of the service cost which will need to be payed before the next visit. This also applies to drastic changes to your appointment. For example, if you're booked in to get a Colour Service & Haircut or Styling and change your mind to only get a haircut then that will be treated as a cancellation.

“No Shows” OR CANCELLATIONS ON THE DAY OF AN APPOINTMENT will be charged 50% of the service cost.

SICK POLICY

Please do not come to the Studio sick. Attending your appointment when you are sick directly exposes other clients and ourselves to any illness you may have; if you think you are getting sick or are sick, we ask you to please make us aware and reschedule your appointment we are more than happy to accommodate a time that suits you.Clients who arrive at their appointment unwell will be refused service and rescheduled for a later date.
